About Me Welcome to my teaching portfolio! I am an Art Education major at Colorado State University set to graduate in December, 2020.
I am a lover of adventure, learning and creating in all aspects of my life. Whether it is cooking, traveling or making art I put 100% into whatever I am doing and reflect that into my teaching practice. I believe that we are all the artists of our own lives and that everyday is like a blank canvas ready to be painted into something beautiful and meaningful. My goal is to share this point of view as a teacher and make an impression on the lives around me by inspiring my students to be the best version of themselves and putting their hearts into everything they do. I have lived in Fort Collins for nearly a decade and have fallen in love with the kind, uplifting community fostered here. I live with my fiancé, a jewelry maker, and our dog and cat. We enjoy monthly visits with my 9-year-old stepson as well as hot springs, boating and good food! |
