Setting & Context
Fort Collins High School is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, and is one of eight high schools in the Poudre School District (PSD). It is home to a strong Advanced Placement program and the only Bio-Science Academy in PSD. FCHS offers college credit opportunities by way of the concurrent enrollment program with Front Range Community College and Colorado State University as well as University of Colorado (CU) college credit awarded to students enrolled in specified classes at the high school.

Fort Collins High School, the home of the “Lambkins,” opened in 1890 and moved into its current location in 1995. It offers a wide variety of courses in all areas of study.
